From Small-Town India to the Boardroom — and Beyond
I grew up in Begusarai, Bihar — a town that taught me the value of relentless learning. Armed with a B.Tech in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance from FORE School of Management, I built a career at the intersection of technology and business.
Over 17 years, I rose to become CIO of IndiaMART — India's largest B2B marketplace — leading technology for a platform that served millions of SMEs across India. In 2023, I was recognized as a CIO100 India award winner in the Game Changers category.
In 2024, I made a deliberate choice: to step away from the corporate world and dedicate myself to coaching leaders, writing books, and advising technology teams. Because I believe — Seekhna band toh jeetna band.
