Deep Coaching Sessions
Ongoing60–90 minute sessions, typically fortnightly. Each session follows the ICF coaching framework: exploration, insight, action. Between sessions — reflection tools and accountability check-ins.
Progress Review
Mid-pointAt the midpoint of the engagement, we review progress against goals, adjust the focus if needed, and acknowledge the shifts that have already happened.
Closing & Integration
Final sessionsWe consolidate the learning, create a plan for sustaining the changes after coaching ends, and reflect on the full arc of the work together.

I will not let you stay comfortable if comfort is what's holding you back. But I will always be in your corner — genuinely invested in your growth, not just your sessions.
I hold an ICF ACC credential — which means our work is governed by a professional code of ethics, including strict confidentiality. I practise three-party contracting with measurable outcomes, so every engagement has clarity from day one.
My approach integrates frameworks from leadership theory, emotional intelligence, and Eastern wisdom — including principles from the Bhagavad Gita — to help leaders build a kind of leadership that is not just effective, but deeply authentic and sustainable.
